7 Days Manyara/Serengeti/Ngorongoro

Day 1 – Arusha/Lake Manyara
Pick up from your hotel at around 0830 hrs and depart for Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. Although it is one of the smallest parks, its diverse vegetation enables it to host a variety of wildlife habitats. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel.

Day 2 - Lake Manyara/ Serengeti
You depart for Serengeti National Park after breakfast, passing through Olduvai Gorge, the site of the Leakey family discovery of fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Meals and overnight at Seronera Wildlife Lodge/ Lobo Wildlife Lodge.

Day 3 & 4 - Serengeti
Full day in Serengeti plains, searching for wild game with extensive morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at the Lodge.

Serengeti is Tanzania’s largest park covering 14,736 sq km and adjoining with the Maasai Mara National reserve in Kenya. It attracts a variety of predators such as lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, golden jackals and bat eared foxes among other game that includes wildebeest, zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, impala, topi, Grants gazelle, Kongoni, Eland, Kirk’s dik dik, klipspringer, Oryx, waterbuck, buffalo, giraffe and warthog).

Day 5 - Serengeti /Ngorongoro Crater
Morning game and after breakfast, view game enroute to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.

Day 6 - Ngorongoro
After breakfast descend into the Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch for a crater tour, breaking for lunch at a picnic site.

You are likely to see Cheetah, buffalo, lion, hippo, elephant, rhino, wildebeest, Thomson’s gazelle, zebra, reedbuck, as well as thousands of flamingos.

Day 7 - Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After breakfast depart for Arusha arriving by lunch time.
