SERENGETI SERENA Safari Lodge****

Serengeti Serena Lodge is set high on a hill with breathtaking vistas of a landscape teeming with game. The wildlife defines the Serengeti - countless zebra, buffalo, gazelle, wildebeest, and other species make it their home. Big game feed in full view of the lodge itself. The terrain is the main stage for the great wildebeest migrations, an awesome spectacle involving millions of these beasts. The lodge design is simple but stunning. Inspired by a traditional African village, separate rondavel "huts" house the 66 luxury guestrooms. From the overall impression to the smallest detail, the lodge is rich in local atmosphere created by indigenous handicrafts and art.

Lobo Wildlife Lodge is one of the most beautiful lodges in the world. Its beauty can only be described as breathtaking! It's built into the faults and contours of a massive rock promontory overlooking the Serengeti Plains. The swimming pool has been carved out of solid rock. It stands out as an attraction of its own. Even in the middle of these wild plains, modern comforts are available to the Lodge's guests. There are 75 rooms with private bathrooms, hot water, and telephones for internal communication. On request a radiocall service for external communication is available. The Lodge also has a curio shop. An airstrip nearby handles light aircraft. At Lobo, a variety of wildlife can be easily viewed from the bedroom window, the swimming pool, and the rock-top. Established in 1971, Lake Manyara Hotel is self sufficient, producing its own electricity water supply and vegetables. This hostel is per clad on the very brink of the Great Rift Valley, commanding views of Lake Manyara National Park and the entire lake.
